To schedule a volunteer shift, please click 'Respond,' found at the top right of the page, or scroll below to browse our available shifts. While our shifts are listed as 4 hours each, we are flexible if you would like to do more or less than what is listed. Please let us know in the notes of your response if that is the case or if you will be arriving at a different time so we can accommodate your check-in.
Our barbershop station allows folks to receive haircuts and shaves free of charge. Not only is this beneficial towards their hygiene and self-esteem, but has shown to also increase employment opportunities. Additionally, it provides a sense of rest with a trusted barber who can provide a friendly experience. We are extremely grateful to all who can offer this service. If you are not yet licensed but are in school to get your license, please reach out so we can discuss further.
Operating the barbershop consists of:

- Updating Staff at Registration Windows when you will be going to lunch and when you will be taking your last clients for the day.
- Closing, disinfecting, and cleaning up. Returning barber cape to the indoor laundry room to be cleaned by Staff.
- Informing Team Lead if anything needs fixing or is missing.
